RETURN POLICY

*Amuse Resort Wear will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. All requests for refund must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be applied to the same credit card or debit card used in the original transaction.

*Sale merchandise is non-refundable and returns will be issued in the form of an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase.

*Without a receipt, we will gladly exchange or issue a store credit on unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise based on the current selling price.

*Merchandise must have hangtags attached.

*Final Sale: Personalized and final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all lingerie, all items that have been altered, and all sale merchandise with an additional discount taken off current price are final sale.

*Amuse Resort Wear gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.

SHIPPING POLICY & RATES

Standard Delivery

No sales tax will be added to any order.

We strive to ship your order within 24 hours.

Your order will arrive in 4-6 business days (Domestic) or 6-10 business days (International).

Your order will arrive by USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS Ground Service.

*Standard delivery includes UPS Ground and USPS First Class and Priority Mail services to addresses within the United States, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

At this time, we offer Express Delivery through the US Postal Service only within the Continental US. Not all addresses are eligible for this service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All prices referenced in this website are in US dollars and your credit card will be charged using current exchange rates. Please note that your merchandise will be shipped as “merchandise” on the customs form; any taxes or customs charges that may incur will be your responsibility. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive.
